From Downtown
St. Louis: Take 44 west to the Bowles exit. Take Bowles south
(Back over the hiway, 44) and turn left onto south east service road.
Head back east on the service road and turn right (south) onto Larkin
Williams rd. Larkin Williams rd will run right past the park.From West County: 141 south to 44 East. Exit at bowles road and turn right and immediate left onto south east service road. Turn right onto Larkin Williams road and follow to park. Look for whip group up in the pavilion with the children's play equipment. We practice in the field below. (Next to the ball diamond) "IF YOU DON'T SEE US... JUST LISTEN FOR US."  |

Louis Whip-Nic The
debut of the St. Louis whip-nic was May 22nd in 2005. There was a
large turn out of over 70 whipcrackers throughout the day!
  The whip-nic includes open whipcracking along with classes and seminars. Whipcracking and Perfroming with special guest: Chris Camp! Chris is a Guiness Record holder for most cracks in a minute. He Has won Multiple National Whipcracking Championships. He has appeared on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. And is one of the hardest working whipcracking performers in the country!   Whipcracking and Whipmaking with: Paul Nolan! Paul has made whips for Hollywood films, national television shows, whip cracking enthusiasts, and performers all over the world! He has placed top three in both single and double handed whipcracking competititons at the national and regional events.   Two handed Whipcracking with: Adam Winrich! Adam currently holds the Guiness Records for 'Longest whip ever cracked' at 216 ft, 'Most Stock Whip Cracks in One minute' at 272, and a pending record for 'Most Bull Whip Cracks in One Minute' at 253(current record held by Chris Camp at 222). In 2006 Adam won the prestigious WWAC John and Vi Brady Whipcracker of the Year award, as well as other National whipcracking competitions.
