The fast & slow figure eight, coachman’s crack, a variation of the forward crack, an arrangement of 10 cracks in a continuous sequence, detailed target work, fluidity of motion, and body mechanics.

This instructional whipcracking video, like the first, will be intensely focus tested between each cut, to create the most effective learning aid for anyone working on perfecting and progress their skills with whips and whipcracking.

This dvd set is intended for whipcracking students who have already mastered the 5 basic cracks taught in Vol. I.
